The Preseason All-State will split into two days this year after a banner event in 2018 saw over 100 players descend on Virginia Sports Complex in Ruther Glen, Virginia to be seen by the PBR VA/DC staff. In the coming weeks, we will spotlight players that we are excited to see again at our biggest pre-season event.
