Last week, we updated and expanded our Class of 2023 Rankings to 50 players. Today, we want to take a moment to spotlight five of the uncommitted two-way players that were added to the rankings last week.

Projectable frame at 6-foot-3, 180-pounds with sloped shoulders. Open athletic stance hitting from the right side. Simple leg lift to stride, lands slightly closed, and hands load back to an arm bar. Level path to the swing, pull side tendency, and had some bat speed and strength getting through the zone. Exit velocity was 85 mph. Ran a 4.37 Home-1st. In the outfield he attacked through the ball, quick exchange and release with average arm strength at 79 mph from a high three-quarter arm slot. On the mound the delivery starts with a wider base, repeatable leg lift, and strides down the mound landing square. Throws from a three-quarter arm slot with a short quick arm action. Fastball sat 77-79 with minimal effort in the delivery. The curveball had tight late break with 11/5 shape and the makings of a solid secondary pitch at 62-68 mph. The arm slot dropped some on a slider that sat 64-65 mph.
