There were four more no-hitters thrown in Virginia last night, making five in the first three days of the public high school season. If you wish to report a score, use this Google Form. 
 

No. 6 Millbrook 4

Broadway 0

Senior righty Trey Braithwaite (Naval Academy) threw a no-hitter as the Pioneers won their opener. Braithwaite finished the game with eight strikeouts and three walks.

 

Mountain View 11

Gar-Field 0

Senior righthander Dylan Hall (Virginia Tech) threw a perfect game as Mountain View won their opener against the Indians. Hall struck out twelve during the game.

 

Spotswood 11

Monticello 0

Tucker Garrison threw a ten strikeout no-hitter for Spotswood.

 

Monocan 15

Hopewell 0

Senior lefty Josh Barber (Hampden Sydney) threw a no-hitter and struck out twelve as the Chiefs beat Hopewell. Junior Aaron Robinson went 3-4 with two home runs and seven RBIs.

Senior lefty Matt Favero (Brigham Young) threw four innings, allowing just two hits while striking out eight and walking none.

Junior first basemen Logan Gibson had a three-run home run helping to power the Flucos to the win.
