Senior righty Trey Braithwaite (Naval Academy) threw a no-hitter as the Pioneers won their opener. Braithwaite finished the game with eight strikeouts and three walks.

Senior righthander Dylan Hall (Virginia Tech) threw a perfect game as Mountain View won their opener against the Indians. Hall struck out twelve during the game.

Tucker Garrison threw a ten strikeout no-hitter for Spotswood.

Senior lefty Josh Barber (Hampden Sydney) threw a no-hitter and struck out twelve as the Chiefs beat Hopewell. Junior Aaron Robinson went 3-4 with two home runs and seven RBIs.
