2020 Scout Day: Trumbull Travel & Trumbull American Legion - Quick Hits

The Players

AJ Albaladejo C / 3B / Trumbull, CT / 2024 Report: A right-handed hitting catcher, at the plate even feet loose hands. Simple approach, level to up path, finishing with two hands above shoulders. Defensively, strong hands on the catch, arm works with easy effort.

Daniel/DJ Amaral OF / OF / Bullard Havens Technical, CT / 2023 Report: A right-handed hitting outfielder, showed life in his hands and barrel, had a tee exit velocity of 76 mph, swing works through the zone with minimal effort. Threw 73 mph, from a higher slot, arm action is clean, showed athletic actions.

Jake Colucci RHP / 1B / Trumbull, CT / 2024 Report: A right-handed hitter, taller stance, loose hands, showing good pop with lift to the swing, had a tee exit velocity of 72 mph. The footwork was correct around the bag. Pounded the zone, fastball reached 73 mph, chance to pitch with some velocity.
