SEASON OUTLOOK
Yorktown is coming off of a rebuilding 2015 season that saw them fall in the conference tournament. The 2016 Patriots bring back a big chunk of their starters and a decent group of arms. One of their strengths will be team speed and their ability on the bases. The Patriots will also have a solid infield defense built around Denny, Guylas, and Wood. Yorktown is a young, inexperienced team that will improve as the season goes on. By the end of the season, the Patriots could challenge to get deeper into the Liberty Conference tournament and make a trip to the 6A North Regional Tournament.
