Outlook:
Massaponax had a down year in 2014 as they relied on a lot of young players on the mound and in the line-up. The 2015 Panthers should be better as they return a significant portion of their squad. The Panthers bring back their entire starting outfield and their lineup will be led by Travis Riley (OF/RHP, 2016), Tommy Shawaryn (OF/RHP, 2016), and Collin Garnett (OF/RHP, 2015). All three of them also bring experience on the mound along with fellow returner Garrett Meyer (CIF/RHP, 2016). Massaponax will be breaking in a new middle infield and catcher, with Corey Willis (C, 2017) and Zach Runk (MIF, 2017) in the mix to contribute in those roles. The Panthers will have their strongest lineup top to bottom in recent memory, and if they can manufacture runs consistently, they will be a factor in Conference 15 and the 5A North.
