Outlook:
Great Bridge is coming off of a strong 2014 season that saw them fall in the 5A South Regional Quarterfinals. The Wildcats lost 10 players off of that squad and will need to break in some talented youngsters this year. Despite those losses, the Wildcats will be strong on the mound this year, led by Michael Bienlien (RHP, 2016), Colby Higgerson (MIF/RHP, 2015), Brenden Wheeler (RHP, 2016), and Chris Matthews (RHP/OF, 2015). The offense will be led by Higgerson and Jimmy Ziemke (IF, 2016). The 2015 Wildcats will be a strong pitching and defense team. If they can find consistent offense, Great Bridge should be competitive in the PenSouth Conference and the extremely deep 5A South.
