Outlook:
Fuqua School is coming off of an outstanding 2014 season that saw them finish second in the Independent Conference and then win the VISAA Division III Championship. The Falcons look to be strong again in 2015 as they return most of their lineup and a pair of their pitchers. The rotation will be led by Josh Davis (P/OF, 2015) and Pete Reed (RHP/MIF, 2016). The lineup could be missing Hunter Gilliam (MIF, 2017), but otherwise will be led by Davis and Reed, with help from Trent Jacobs (CIF/P, 2015), Devin Allen (C/RHP/OF, 2017), and Antonio Gonzales (CIF/OF, 2015). The Falcons will rely on their strong team chemistry, work ethic, and attitude to succeed this spring. If they can get consistent performances from the newcomers to their pitching staff, Fuqua will have a chance to repeat as VISAA Division III champs this spring.
