Outlook:
Franklin County is coming off of a bit of a rebuilding 2014 season that saw them eliminated in the first round of the conference tournament. The 2015 Eagles look to be better as they return the majority of their lineup and most of their pitching staff this spring. The pitching staff will be led by Nicholas Robertson (RHP, 2016), Jared Bridges (RHP/CIF, 2015), and Ryan Brewer (RHP/UTL, 2015). The lineup will be led by Brett Simmons (MIF, 2015), Brice Arrington (OF, 2015), Hunter Barbour (C, 2016), and Jacob Davis (OF, 2016). The Eagles will have an experienced team that will play hard, smart defense and a deep lineup. Franklin County will be competitive this spring in the Piedmont District and Conference 3 and could be dangerous in the 6A South tournament.
