OUTLOOK:
Bishop O’Connell enters this season bringing back the bulk of their team, only graduating one starter off of their 2014 edition. The Knights will be led by reigning WCAC Player of the Year Rafi Vazquez (1B/RHP, 2016) and senior Brian Murray (RHP/IF). The Knights junior class is incredibly deep and is highlighted by Vazquez, Patrick Ryan (SS), and Myles Hudzick (OF). The Knights should be competitive this year in the incredibly deep WCAC and are positioned to go deep in the postseason each of the next two years.
