Texas Class of 2027 Rankings: Initial Release

TEXAS - As the year winds down, and we start to get ready for next year, it is time to introduce the initial 2027 rankings for Texas. The initial list is 35 players and we will expand as their HS career progresses. The top of the class is full of up-the-middle position players and projectable arms on the mound.
The No. 1 spot belongs to outfielder Lash Henderson. The Prestonwood freshman is a physical specimen who also has high-level baseball skills to match. He has true 5-tool potential and superstar traits. There is a long way to go, but Henderson has as much potential as any freshman who has come through in a while.
As we get into the spring season, the impact freshmen will begin to sort themselves out, but as always, the Lone Star State has some firepower at the top
