Our boots-on-the-ground scouting staff is constantly on the road evaluating talent throughout the entire year, from the High School season, travel ball in the summer, Fall League Games, or PBR Events, we aim to be your number one source for amatuer baseball scouting news. Our multimedia platforms and events work in tandem, ultimately creating the most powerful source of high school baseball promotion in Texas. It has been a busy week as we released our most recent update to the Texas 2020 Class Rankings. Yesterday, we highlighted five risers, and today we bring you five more.
WESLEY KREGERRHP / GEORGETOWN, TX / 2020Kreger is still not done filling out his 6-foot-7, 200-pound frame. The right-hander had a dominant inning at the PBR Texas All-State Games, with an explosive fastball that had late giddy up at 87-89 mph and made hitters uncomfortable. He throws a solid splitty at 70-74 mph for a secondary pitch. Much better command than when we saw him earlier this fall. The upside and hand speed suggest that there is more in the tank as he continues to mature physically.
