Our boots-on-the-ground scouting staff is constantly on the road evaluating talent throughout the entire year, from the High School season, travel ball in the summer, Fall League Games, or PBR Events, we aim to be your number one source for amateur baseball scouting news. Our multimedia platforms and events work in tandem, ultimately creating the most powerful source of high school baseball promotion in Texas.

As players mature and develop at different rates, there are a number of factors to evaluate, from current skill levels, strength and speed, to long-term projectablity and athleticism. While players are constantly improving and making jumps in development, strength and skill set, our rankings can and will change as each class grows through normal progression over four years. This spring, our scouting staff has seen 200 plus games around the state and that number continues to grow as the playoffs are in full tilt. Our initial 2022 Class Ranking is littered with players that we have seen at our PBR Events, along with a number of freshman that are starting on their varsity teams.

Taking the No. 1 spot is SS Travis Sanders (Copperas Cove HS) has fluid actions and quick hands that stand out at a young age, and he showcases an impressive amount of all-around ability. The 5-foot-11, 155-pounder is still maturing physically, but he ran a 7.13 60-yard dash at a preseason PBR Texas event, and demonstrated the athleticism necessary to stick at shortstop moving forward. Ranging effortlessly side to side with a bounce to his step, the wiry infielder comfortably fields ground balls with twitchy hands before exhibiting the ability to whip the ball across the diamond from all angles with a quick release. At the plate, the right-handed hitter is advanced in his approach, and his fluid load stands out for the connection that the upper and lower-half share. Overall, Sanders has the makings of an impact shortstop, and it will be fun to track his progress.
