LEANDER, TX - Cedar Park matched up with district foe Rouse High School in what turned out to be a game controlled entirely by Cedar Park. After trading scoreless innings in the first, Cedar Park took advantage of Rouse mistakes to strike first and never looked back. Everything went Cedar Park’s way, forcing Rouse to dig deep into their bullpen but nothing could halt the relentless Timberwolves as they rolled 12-0, evening the season series at 1-1. Cedar Park’s offense was led by 2019 SS Evan Sparks, who had 5 RBI with a double and a triple. Travis Harvey threw four scoreless innings to record the win, allowing no runs on five hits, two punchouts, and three walks.
