On Sunday, February 12th, PBR Colorado hosted the Colorado Springs Preseason ID at The Farm - Athletic Performance Center. The event featured players from the 2023-2026 grad classes. Below are some noticeable performers from the workout.

Hudson Alpert SS / RHP / Regis Jesuit, CO / 2026The 5-foot-11, 155-pound 2-way had a special day all around. On the mound, his fastball was 82-84, with an advanced feel for an 11/5 curveball. Defensively, his feet move well, he plays through the baseball, and he throws from all angles. Offensively, his max exit velocity was 91.2, averaging 86 mph. Overall, he has an advanced skill set that should improve as he matures and continues to develop his skills. |
Pierce Hafferkamp SS / RHP / DCC, CO / 2026The 6-foot, 165-pound 2-way was 81-83 mph with his fastball. With a developing slider and change-up. Offensively, he has a strong and compact swing that produced a max exit velocity of 94.6, averaging 87.2 mph. Solid follow as he continues to mature and develop his skill set. |
