TOP 5
Elliott Foreman C / RHP / New Diana, TX / 20236-foot-3, 185-pounds athletic strong frame. Foreman is a big body Catcher that has the ability to present a low target and work under the low pitch well. Receives the ball with soft hands a minimal moving body parts and has proven he can handle stuff already. In the box, he has natural power to pull side, as well as the ability to drive the ball to the opposite gap, and there is plenty of room for growth still. Foreman carries himself with confidence on the field and shows the attributes that he can control a game from behind the plate. He also has the ability to run the fastball up in the upper 80’s but right now he is much more so known for his catching ability. |
Brayden Sharp OF / LHP / The Woodlands, TX / 2023Baylor commit, 6-foot-1, 160-pounds, wiry athletic frame with a high waist, long loose arm on the mound with an athletic tempo and repeatable delivery. Right now the velocity is up to 83 mph and has shown the ability to spin a breaking ball in the upper 60’s as well as go to a change up 74-76 mph. Sharp has an extremely high ceiling on the mound but also shows the ability to hold his own in the field. He doubles as an outfielder that runs a 6.98- 60 yard dash with a balanced setup in the box and some natural feel for the barrel. Sharp is just tapping into his potential and we look forward to seeing more jumps as he matures. |
