The Texas high school season kicks off on February 19, the first day for regular season games. Most teams will begin practicing on January 26, getting their rosters set and finalizing their lineups.

Over the next several weeks, leading up to opening day, we will be rolling out team previews of high school teams all across the state and across all classifications, eventually launching our Preseason Power 25.

SEASON PREVIEW

Coach Mansanales returns six starters and two pitchers. The Princeton Panthers are looking to improve on a 13-13 2017 season. With two of their six returners being 2018 C Nathan Roets and 2019 SS Kole Massey, defense looks to be a strength for this team. Also 2019 CF Tristen Gee will be patrolling the outfield. Lastly lookout for 2018 P Austin Hitchcock to make a huge impact for this team on the mound.
