TOP UNCOMMITTED PROSPECTS

State (PA) Rank: No. 7

+ Ryan Fuller, RHP (Avon Grove HS, PA, 2026):

Travel Team: Pa Rebels

“From the PA Rebels Scout Day in February: 'Got the day started with some gas. High on the scouts radar, continues to improve. Wiry frame, more in the tank. Advanced command; wipeout slider was impressive. Excited to see where he lands.'

In June, at the PA State Games, he was up to 90.2 mph on an efficient fastball that spins at nearly 2,300 rpm on average. The spin translates to his slider, 77-79 mph, that reached a near-2,600 rpm max at that same event. He's a former Future Gamer listed at 6-foot-1, 175 pounds, and he remains uncommitted – and he's one of the top uncommitted prospects playing across our PBT events this weekend.”

State (PA) Rank: No. 11

+ Andrew Pellicciotta, SS/2B (Malvern Prep HS, PA, 2025):

Travel Team: Kings Baseball

“The Malvern Prep prospect is a multi-sport standout who also excels at football. On the diamond, he swings a physical right-handed bat with inherent strength that shows itself off the barrel. He's strong, athletic, and a high academic, ranked nationally for his skills as a baseball player, though he is garnering Division I offers at football as well.”

State (PA) Rank: No. 12

+ Jack Herbein, RHP (Malvern Prep HS, PA, 2026):

Travel Team: Kings Baseball

“Herbein is another Malvern Prep product, ranked just outside the top-10 in the state. An incoming junior, the righty has a quick, athletic arm and he just recently set himself apart from his peers at the PA State Games a month ago, where he sat 86-88 mph (88.6 mph max) on his heater, a straight four-seamer that spins efficiently with some carry across the zone. The breaking ball is sharp too, and the changeup looks like more than just a third pitch.”

State (PA) Rank: No. 21

+ Blake Umberger, C/3B (Hershey HS, PA, 2026):

Travel Team: 3up 3down 16u red

“An athlete who can play multiple positions, though he has the skill set to excel from behind the plate, equipped with a big arm (81 mph) that helps produce pop times below 2.00 in showcase settings. A right-handed hitter, Umberger has a compact swing and an accurate barrel, and he shows bat strength from the box too – 95.6 mph max EV from the PA State Games in June (87.2 mph average).”

State (PA) Rank: No. 23

+ Ben Kulp, RHP/1B (Wilson HS, PA, 2026):

Travel Team: 3up 3down 16u red

“Kulp is a physical 6-foot, 212-pound prospect who is capable of generating some of the biggest spin traits in the state of Pennsylvania. He has the feel to spin two different breaking balls that show different movement profiles – a curveball with big depth and a short slider that he has more feel for, spinning at over 2,600 rpm all the while. The fastball is mid- to upper-80s with nearly 2,300 rpm spin on average that has carry traits.”

State (PA) Rank: No. 42

+ Gavin Trainer, OF/ (Boyertown Area HS, PA, 2026):

Travel Team: Pa Rebels

“Trainer is a real athlete at 5-foot-9, 165 pounds – he shined in athletic testing at our events in 2024, as a 6.85 runner. He moves around the outfield with fluidity and twitch, 84 mph throws home. Top-of-the-scale bat speed (77.3 mph average) that helps him generate solid impact off the barrel that he turns into low-lying contact, generally.”

State (PA) Rank: No. 47

+ Will Roth, SS/RHP (Downington HS, PA, 2026):

Travel Team: Pa Rebels

“Roth is a 6-foot-3, long-levered infield prospect; controlled swings with hand speed (22.9 mph average) and he moves around pretty well for his size right now. Looks like he'll be capable of tacking on some strength to his stature to improve his batted ball profile. Also projects on the mound down the road, should that become his primary focus, where he's low-80s currently.”

State (PA) Rank: No. 50

+ Chase Ecker, OF (Malvern Prep HS, PA, 2025):

Travel Team: Kings Baseball

“Ecker has all the tools and makeup of a next-level center fielder – blazing speed (6.56 runner) and arm strength from the outfield (83 mph). He swings a really easy bat from the right side that generates big bat speed efficiently, and he syncs up contact well. A line-drive type profile, Ecker average an exit speed of 86.1 mph (91.9 max) at the PA State Games last month.”

State (PA) Rank: No. 57

+ Christopher Graff, C/OF (Riverside HS, PA, 2026):

Travel Team: RCS Warpath

“Graff has big strength for an incoming junior, and he's athletic enough to continue to profile as a catcher/outfielder until his defensive home at the next level further reveals itself. For now, it's his right-handed bat that's helped him show himself as one of the top uncommitted prospects of the weekend. At the PA State Games last month, he averaged an exit speed of 91.0 mph (97.3 max) at a sweet spot rate of 80 percent, and on a swing geared for lofted contact.”

State (PA) Rank: No. 60

+ Owen Hammond, 3B/SS (Malvern Prep HS, PA, 2025):

Travel Team: Pa Rebels

“Hammond is a very tooled-up member of the state's 2025 class. He's a 6.72 runner who is 85 mph across the diamond with a right-handed swing that registers EVs in the mid-90s regularly. It's a loose, quick swing in rhythm, and he simply looks like prospect fit for the next level on the left side of the infield.”

State (PA) Rank: No. 62

+ Dominic Ruggiero, LHP (Spring-Ford HS, PA, 2025):

Travel Team: 3up 3down 17u red

“Ruggiero is an interesting southpaw headed to the Pennsylvania Open this spring, listed at a lanky 6-foot who has a really quick arm all while he moves efficiently and athletically down the mound. At the PA State Games, he was 84-86 mph (86.5 max) and he's shown the makings of a breaking ball that projects to miss bats as he continues to refine it. Ruggiero will also represent his state at the first-ever Senior Future Games next week.”
