Vanderbilt commit who currently ranks as the top prospect in the state did not disappoint in his outing Saturday, his 2nd of the season after winning a state championship in basketball, showcasing 2 plus pitches with about 20 scouts in attendance.  6’2, 210 pounder features a medium, sturdy frame w/ present lower half strength, some physical projection.  Pitches from a full wind-up into ¾ to H ¾ release.  Super quick arm w/ some effort in the throw.  Angle and plane.  FB shows short arm-side run.  Medium downer CB is a hammer, featuring late bite, above average depth.  Mixed in a firm straight CH.  Controls the baseball, can fill the strike zone.  Projects to command, stays out of the middle of the plate.  Generated 15 swing and misses on 35 swings.
