Scouting Report
4/23/20
The 6-foot-5, 220-pound third baseman made his presence known at All-State Showcase. Lawrence put on a tower power display at the dish with consistent loud contact and ball just jumping off the barrel. Balanced swing with short, simple load followed by electric bat speed. Can harness the power to all fields with good spray chart. At the hot corner, moved well for big league frame and fielded ball out front with light hands and working well through the ball. Ample arm strength to stay at 3B, an offensive slugger who cracked into our latest rankings.
