With the summer coming to a close and we begin to transition to the fall with a brand-new school year, our focus is still on uncommitted prospects in the Classes of 2025 and 2026. As these prospects enter their final two years of high school, there are still many talented upperclassmen still on the market that may have been "overlooked" or are currently "flying under the radar" and looking for a place to play at the next level.

Scouting Report
Ayden Jacobs ('25, Collierville) The right-hander was a standout at #TNPAS back in February and has been uber consistent for Collierville as their number #2 this season thus far. Jacobs comes in at 6 foot 1 and 190 pounds with athletic and wiry traits in the profile. The fastball jumps out of his hands with plenty of future velocity to come down the line. Seeing him twice this season, Jacobs has sat 87-89 with multiple 90’s/91’s sprinkled throughout. His best pitch may be his curveball where it comes in advance with firmness in the 78-81 mph range with both depth and downward tilt that he is able to get bad swing and misses on to both left and right handed hitters. Short arm path that hides the ball well, Jacobs has kept two really solid offensive teams off-balance, while racking up K’s at a high clip. The fastball contains some late arm-side run and gets on hitters quickly with a frame that will surely be able to hold more strength in the future, setting himself up as an arm to follow as he puts it all together.

Positional Profile: RHP/OF
Body: 6-1, 190-pounds. Tall, lean frame w/ lower half strength and proportional build. Good projection.
Delivery: Works very quickly through the pitching motion, agressive leg raise but stays balanced. Drives through back leg well and creates good hip and shoulder seperation.(with more possible). As he works down the mound.
Arm Action: RH. Arm slot works from an over the top downhill angle that really jumps on hitters
FB: T90, 88-90 mph. Fastball works agressive in the zone, has good feel for spinning the ball. T2271, 2150 average rpm.
CB: 77-79 mph. Harder curve ball that he throws with a great level of condifence. Both when aiming for swings and misses and looking Ks . T2323, 2221 average rpm.
CH: 79-82 mph. Has good feel for a pitch with good location. Has good depth with 12 inches of horizontal movement. T1444, 1405 average rpm.
ATH: 7.17 runner in the 60. 1.70 in the 10 yard split. 31.20 max vertical.

Positional Profile: RHP/OF
Body: 6-1, 190-pounds. Tall, lean frame w/ lower half strength and proportional build. Good projection.
Hit: RHH. Athletic stance that is slightly open, hands load backwards and back hip loads as there is a small stride forward. Good connection between upper and lower half on launch. High intent swing looking to hit the ball hard, stays on plane well. High Avg. EV, with T98.
Power: 98 max exit velocity, averaged 91.7 mph. 340' max distance.
Arm: RH. OF-92 mph. Long arms creates a long very strong arm action from a true over the top slot.
Defense: Smoothly gets to all balls, great power out of a crow hop towards home.
ATH: 7.17 runner in the 60. 1.70 in the 10 yard split. 31.20 max vertical.

Positional Profile: OF/RHP
Body: 6-3, 175-pounds. Athletic frame on the thin side but has some twitchyness to him
Delivery: Athletic delivery that really understands on to work through his finish
Arm Action: RH. Quick arm action that stays compact together through his hand break.
FB: T86, 84-85 mph. Good steep angle to his FB. showed he can spot it up just needs some consistency. Staying down in the zone will make him effective T2031, 1959 average rpm.
CB: 74-76 mph. CB has good late break. Movement is mostly side to side. Keeping it in the zone will be key. FB will play off his CB well T2277, 2216 average rpm.
ATH: 7.23 runner in the 60. 1.81 and 4.08 10 and 30 yard splits.

Body: 6-3, 175-pounds. Athletic frame on the thin side but has some twitchyness to him
Hit: RHH. Slightly open stance, relaxed hand set. Mid-high leg lift into the swing. Pull side pop, looks to lift at times. 67.6 mph bat speed with 9 G�s of rotational acceleration.
Power: 92 max exit velocity, averaged 83 mph. 344' max distance.
Arm: RH. OF-86 mph. Longer and loose arm, strong with accuracy.
Defense: Moves well around the OF.
ATH: 7.23 runner in the 60. 1.81 and 4.08 in the 10 and 30 yard splits.
