In what was a big Region Matchup, Lane McGaha brought the fireworks for BHP. McGaha would start the scoring off in the 1st inning with a 2R HR. The next couple innings saw a pitching battle between Eli Hudgins and Shane Bradley. Powdersville and BHP would both scratch a run across. In the bottom of the 6th with BHP up 3-1 Collin Wendorff delivered with a 2R HR to tie at 3. BHP would come out firing in the 7th scoring 4 runs capped off byt McGaha's 3R HR and leading the bears to a big region victory and getting Coach Steve Williams his 600th Career HS Victory.
