+ Kehr's walk-off homer earns Clear Spring consecutive titles while in honor of teammates:
“After winning the state baseball title in 2022, tragedy struck the Clear Spring baseball program in the fall of the same year, taking the lives of three players on the team. Fast forward to the following spring of 2023, Clear Spring found themselves back in the state championship for the second consecutive season. East Carolina commit Dawson Kehr, who was then a junior, stepped to the plate and launched a walk-off homerun in the 11th inning to capture a back-to-back state title for the Blazers.”
