Former Batavia HS hard-throwing ace Brian Krolikowski, who was one of the top right-handed prospects in the Class of 2009, is transferring from Miami (Ohio) to Parkland College. In high school, the 6-foot-3 Krolikowski featured an 86-90 mph fastball.

In other recruiting news, Mike Devoe, a 6-foot-3 RHP from Woodstock HS, has committed to Lewis University.

Adam McClure, a LHP from Niles Notre Dame HS, has committed to Upper Iowa University.

Jesse Katz, a RHP from Deerfield HS, has committed to the University of Illinois-Springfield.
