It's that time of year again when we tip the cap to all those Juco bandits with big arms.

At the top is New Mexico JC's Donovan Beccera, who launched a 97 mph heater at the TX-NM All-Star game.

Two-tenths of a click behind Beccera is Salt Lake's Jaxson Grossman, who powered a 96.8 to the plate at their Prep Baseball scout day.
