More prospects Choose Their Schools

Jose Andrade, a 6-foot, 210 pound C/3B from Crown Point HS, has committed to Goshen College. Andrade emerged as a top ranked hitter at a PBR event last season. With a muscular build, Andrade displayed quick hands and good extension, allowing him to drive the ball with power. Andrade is currently the 76th ranked player in the 2011 class, and is the first in what hopes to be a solid recruiting class for Head Coach Eric Screeton and the Goshen Maple Leafs.
Travis Gray, a 6-foot-1, 190 pound C/3B from Norwell HS, has committed to play baseball at Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio. Gray has attended numerous PBR events and proved to be one the best catchers in the Ft. Wayne area. Behind the plate he possesses soft hands and strong arm with a pop time between 2.0-2.09. At the plate he shows good mechanics with a compact and balanced swing.
Brendon Hardin, of Vincennes Lincoln HS, committed to play at Kaskaskia College in Centralia, IL. Hardin is an athletic right-handed hitting shortstop who shows solid tools across the board. Offensively, he has quick hands, impressive barrel whip and extension through contact. In the field, he moves fluidly with good actions, and possesses an accurate, above-average arm (78 mph).
Drew Rosbottom, the 78th ranked player in 2011, has committed to play at Vincennes University. Rosbottom is a 6-foot-1, 195 pound OF/RHP from Heritage Hills HS. In the outfield he has an above average arm at 82 mph. On the mound, he?s 79-81 with his fastball, and 71 mph with a sharp-biting slider that he uses as his out pitch. With a powerful hitting approach, Rosbottom has quick bat speed, and displays power to all fields.
