Four prospects commit to Anderson University

Cole Herberling is an athletic 6-foot, 185 pound catcher with great arm strength. Behind the plate, Herberling is very versatile and has a pop time between 2.0 and 2.15. From the crouching position Heberling has been clocked as high as 77 mph. At the plate he demonstrates sold hitting mechanics and can drive the ball to all fields. He is currently ranked 51st in the class of 2011.
Damon Reel is a 6-foot, 180 pound third baseman that displays great fielding mechanics and fluidity. He has an advanced plate approach, allowing the ball to travel deep in the zone before making contact. Reel possesses quick hands and has the ability to drive the ball to all fields. He is currently the 55th ranked player in the 2011 class.
Zach Garcia if a left handed hitting OF that hit well over .400 last season. Garcia possesses speed and athleticism with good defensive mechanics and an above average arm
Jeremy Shelmedine is a solid all around player. At the plate he demonstrates the ability to drive the ball to all fields. Shelmedine hit .345 with 5 HR and a team leading 10 doubles last season.
