Winter Open Schedule

We are excited to have you registered for our Winter Open Showcase event on Sunday February 12th at SUNY Sullivan (Sullivan CC) at 112 College Rd Loch Sheldrake, NY. The Paul Gerry Fieldhouse is located on the far "left hand" side of campus. There is plenty of parking. Parents/Players please read the following details about the day:

+ Check-in will start at 10am for position & dual players (registered to workout positionally and pitch). We will be set up in the lobby as soon as you enter. Parents/Spectators must remain on the upper level, there will be plenty of vantage points.

+ At check-in you will receive your event T-shirt to wear with a pre-assigned number and you will have your head shot taken for the website. Once complete find an area to put your gear (the far side basketball bleachers).

+ Event will start at 11am. We hope to have check in complete by 10:45am so that Steve Gamma of Athletic Symmetry and guest contributor to our "Perform Like a Pro" segment will be able to put the group through an active warmup. + After warmup we will run the 60 one time and then split into groups for our offensive rotation. We will rotate station-to-station as a group.

+ Defensive workouts will follow. We will then throw at this point as there is no need to do it right away. Once your position is finished (except for catchers) and you don't pitch, you are free to leave.

+ PITCHER ONLY Check in will be a 12:45pm. You will throw first once we begin bullpens followed by "dual" position players that pitch. Once you pitch, you may leave. DO NOT LEAVE without your head shot being taken.

Additional Notes:

+ Please wear sneakers/turfs as this is a rubberized gym floor.
+ Please wear baseball pants and related baseball hat (school, travel team).
+ Concessions will be available on the upper level.
+ We have closely been monitoring the weather as we have players from the far reaches on NY. At this time for the immediate area their is a chance of isolated freezing rain in the AM. The entire rest of the state looks to be a few degrees warmer. We DO NOT anticipate canceling this event. I would advise of taking the Liberty exits off of State Route 17 (taking county route 52 to Loch Sheldrake). If traveling from the east, your GPS will take you through Monticello and on some questionable backroads. Take your time and allow for a few extra minutes of travel to the Liberty exits.
+ Considering a hotel? The Days Inn of Liberty, NY would be the spot. Plenty of food options and less then 10 minutes from the venue.
