#8 Cape Henry
The reigning VISAA Division I State Champions are back in 2023 and look to add to their trophy case once again. The Dolphins return the vast majority of their team, with a few young names to know this year. Two years ago Cape had offensive firepower and athleticism, but lacked quality arms, experience, and depth on the mound. Through those growing pains, they return the vast majority of their innings on the mound. Tanner Schaedel, Yoon Chae (Amherst), Parker Wight (JMU), and Colin Lebel (George Washington) could be their frontline arms, with more depth behind them. The Dolphins are quite possibly the VISAA Division I favorites heading into 2023.
