5.20.17 - Sanza ran a 7.35 second 60-yard dash on a thick track. The middle-infielder features a balanced and athletic setup at the plate. He utilizes a double tap stride to build rhythm with his upper half. His hands are short to the ball and work from an inside path. His barrel gets on plane early and fly through the zone on an uphill path. He can add power with more lower half involvement. Exit velocity of 74mph. At shortstop, he showed active feet and average actions. He made clean transfers and displayed ability to get throws off quickly. Position velocity of 76mph.
8.19.16 2018 IF consistently got his hands inside the baseball and barreled it the other way, going 2-6 with two walks. The 5-foot-9, 145-pound right-handed hitter also made a highlight reel, full layout, over-the-shoulder catch on a pop-up in shallow left field.
5.15.16 - Athletic frame at 5-foot-9, 145-pounds. Ran a 4.59 from home to 1st. Hits from a athletic slightly open set up. Level and quick bat path. Smooth load with good rhythm. Showed gap to gap drive on balls hit. Level path to the ball and some extension through contact. Exit velo of 74 mph. Clean hands and exchange. Short arm action throwing from a ¾ arm slot. Works thru the ball and throws across the diamond at 69 mph.
