The Outlook:  Nolan has a strong, durable, projectable frame at 6-foot-3, 195-pounds. He attended the Unsigned Senior Games this past August and showed the ability to work the bottom of the strike zone with his fastball. Nolan topped at 83 mph at the event in August but has been up to 85 mph in the past.

Scouting Report: 8.9.16 - 6-foot-3, 195-pound, projectable frame, right-handed pitcher. On the mound, easy effort, works with some rhythm, stays in line. Long, loose arm from a high ¾ slot. Fastball, mostly straight, kept down in the zone, sat 81-83 mph. Slider, 10/4 shape, late action, 71-75 mph. Splitter, flashed ability to maintain arm speed, 69 mph.
