Today's Unsigned Senior Spotlight is on Lawrence North RHP, John Leffert. Leffert is an undersized righty standing at only 5-foot-9 inches tall.  He possesses a strong, athletic build with considerable arm strength. At a previous PBR showcase we saw him at 84-86 mph with his fastball.  He has shown the ability to throw a solid breaking ball that has the potential to become a solid out pitch.  Unfortunately, we did not see Leffert this summer or fall, but have heard he was up to 88 mph.
