Unsigned Senior Spotlight: OF Luc DiMaso

Today’s unsigned senior spotlight is on Luc DiMaso. DiMaso is a Class of 2013 product of Luc DiMasoElk Grove HS. The senior outfielder was an All-Area honorable mention last season as a junior.

DiMaso is a 5-foot-9, 150-pound outfielder who impresses with his arm strength, as he was clocked at clocked at 87 mph. His throws were accurate and displayed carry and ride. DiMaso shows natural instincts in the outfield, as he took exact routes to the ball and moved with fluidity and purpose. 

Offensively, DiMaso has an aggressive plate approach. He has a slightly open setup and has a level bat path in his swing.  Additionally, we saw DiMaso’s blazing speed earlier in the summer running a 6.63 at the Stevenson Showcase in June.
