Jalen Washington is a talented two-sport athlete, who also plays quarterback for his high school’s varsity team. He is a definite follow. In the field, he shows fluid footwork and soft hands as he plays through the ball. He registered a top velocity of 81 mph across the infield. At the plate, he displays a short stride and good balance throughout his swing. With quick bat speed and a strong lower half, he will only improve and power. He registered a 7.66 60-yard dash on a slow track. (Washington was coming off a long football season).
