As we wind down another great year, we begin to take a look back at 2018. After drilling down into our google analytics, we have compiled a list of the twenty most viewed PBR profiles in North Carolina. Beginning on December 17th and ending on December 30th, we will dive into the profiles that garnered the most hits in 2018.
The player profiles in PBR’s vast database received well over 7.5 million hits in 2018. Players from each region in North Carolina drove coaches, scouts, and fans to their PBR profile to learn more. Today we take a look at No. 5 in the 2018 countdown of the most viewed profiles from North Carolina
No. 5 – Preston Hall
College of Charleston commit is the 5th member of Team Carolina from the PBR Future Games to make the top 20 most viewed profiles of 2018. A left handed hitter, Hall turned heads in Indianapolis and followed it up with a big weekend at a PBR tournament in Charleston, SC with his 5 Star NC program. Hall joins a very talented Myers Park team this spring and PBR will continue to track and follow his progress.

6 feet, 185-pound athletic build, with strength present in the lower half. Still wiry, with an ability to continue to add strength. Left hand hitter uses an athletic, balanced setup. Leg kick, while working to a slight crouch, loads the body with the bat working to a vertical position. Very quick bat through the zone. Wants extension but has ability to stay on the ball. Athleticism and fluidity throughout swing with a good bat path. Ability to drive the ball with an advanced exit velocity of 93mph for his age. Overall good actions defensively. He shows soft hands with quick fluid feet and clean exchanges. Recorded times of 4.12 in the 30-yard dash, 4.39 in the 5-10-5 agility test, and 9-8 in the standing broad jump.

Athletic and aggressive in a 6-foot, 175 pound frame. Swings it from the right side with good head discipline. Balanced and athletic setup. Short stride with an easy load works to create better than average bat speed. Exit velocity tested at 82. Swing stays level, wanting extension with a pull tendency. Fluid rhythm. From the infield, hands worked with some softness. Feet work around the ball, a v-cut action, playing through the ball. Arm action works to the play, settling at a high-3/4 slot with accuracy and measuring 79 across the infield. Ran a 4.21 thirty. Standing broad jump tested at 8-foot-6.
