Top Prospect Games: Roster & Schedule

On Wednesday August 2nd, PBR of North Carolina will host the 7th annual Top Prospect Games at Campbell’s Jim Perry Stadium. With over 200 players that have attended this annual summer event, gone on to play college baseball, the Top Prospect Games has quickly become a spotlight event.

Players from across North Carolina have attended winter events, Team Carolina Trials, Organizational Scout Days, and the NC/SC Border Battle to earn an invite to the Top Prospect Games. The Top Prospect Games will give prospects an opportunity to continue to build their resumes with a full pro-style workout followed by controlled live game play with pitchers facing hitters. As always, this year’s roster is loaded with talent from all four upcoming high school classes, giving coaches a chance to finalize their upcoming roster while getting an early look at some of the names to follow for years to come.

That number will continue to rise in the near future with more players committing from last years roster and with the tools and talent featured on this years roster.

ROSTERS

Teams have been assigned by PBR Scouts to work to create competitive balance as well as give players the best opportunity to perform offensively and defensively in the event. The workouts prior to game play will give players the chance to take live BP on the field followed by working out at their primary position.
