 OUTLOOK:   

The reigning Class 5 State Champion Vikings lost 10 seniors from their 2013 squad.  The cupboard is by no means bare as Francis Howell returns 4 starting position players and 2 pitchers. Nebraska commit Eli Dilday, Ole Miss commit Nic Perkins, Truman State commits Chris Beckmann and Brendan Trimble, and other seniors Tanner Kulpa and Erik Huenke look to lead the way for the Vikings. Newcomers Ryan Grantham, Justin Perkins, and Ryan Perkins will be significant additions. Coach Tony Perkins is ready to add to his impressive career victory total, which is now over 400. Look for Francis Howell to make another state title run in 2014.
