Outlook: Reitz Memorial looks for revenge in 2017 after a tough semi-state loss to eventual 3A champion Northview last season.  Led by senior ace, Drew Ashley, an IU Commit, Coach Collins is excited to return 7 starters and almost all of their innings on the mound this upcoming season.  Young guns Caleb Meeks, who recently ran his fastball up to 87 at the Hoosier Holiday Showcase, and Michael Lindauer will look to help out both on the mound and in the lineup this year.  Collins says that the leadership and playoff experience should help carry this team through their conference and playoff schedule.
