Outlook:  The Braves bring back 4 committed players into 2017 following a 25-8 season.  Brebeuf has one of the most talented rosters in the 3A class, but the depth on the mound is the a key strength.  Led by Will Wentz and John Nierman (Lipscomb), Coach Sassanella has 6 returning pitchers that can give the Braves a chance to win. Justin Hensley (Butler), Jackson Williams (Depauw), Jett McGowan, and Bo Richey (Lander) will be key assets in the lineup.  Shaine Mitchell was one of the top base stealers in the state last year and will look to repeat in 2017.  Will Richman,Hugh Pebworth, and Cam Farren will step into bigger roles for the Braves this spring as well.
