2017 TEAM PREVIEW: Clinton prairie gophers

2016 Record: 10-9
Conference (2016 Record):  Hoosier Heartland Conference - 4-5
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 6/3

2017 Team Strengths:

• Jared Stillwell, INF/P, 2017
• Sam Shoonveld, P/1B/OF, 2018
• Cam Hayes, OF, 2017
• Mason McGraw, P/INF, 2019

Outlook:  Coach Scott graduated 4 starters and their number 2 pitcher from last year's 10-9 campaign.  The 6 returning hitters bring experience, including 3-year starter Kameron Peters and 4-year starter Jared Stillwell.  The Gophers will need to develop some youth and mature on the mound, but look to be competitive in the HHC this spring.
