Stock Report: 2014 Catcher Kole Aumiller (Cumberland Valley)

Kole Aumiller is a 6-foot, 200-pound catcher from Cumberland Valley HS who is ranked No. 100 in the Class of 2014. He has showcased pop times of 2.15-2.30 on throws of 72mph from the crouch. His work behind the plate continues to improve, but it is his offensive abilities which stand out. Aumiller has an 85mph bat exit speed velocity that he uses well in game situations. The right-handed hitter has impressed with the bat at the PA Underclass Games in September and the Top Prospect Games in October. Aumiller has displayed some power potential and the ability to consistently drive in runs.

Aumiller saw limited varsity action in 2012 on an Eagles roster that sported nine seniors. His roll should change dramatically in 2013 as Aumiller and a number of his junior teammates will look to make signifcant contributions.
