The Southern West Virginia College Prospect Showcase is scheduled to take place at beautiful Triana Field on the campus of the University of Charleston July 12th.  As the roster fills out we take time to preview some of the talented prospects scheduled to participate.

SCOUTING REPORT:

2017 High School Season: Cummings has a solid, physical frame that belies his young age.  His frame translates to present gap-to-gap power with more to come.  Accolades garnished as a freshman starter for the West Viriginia AAA state champion St. Alban's Red Dragons include: Kanawha Valley Freshman of the Year, 2nd team All-Kanawha Valley, 2nd Team All-MSAC and Special Mention All-State.

Cummings was a middle of the order run producer hitting .387 during his freshman season with 40 RBI, a .476 on base percentage and a .548 slugging percentage.
