The Southern West Virginia College Prospect Showcase is scheduled to take place at beautiful Triana Field on the campus of the University of Charleston July 12th.  As the roster fills out we take time to preview some of the talented prospects scheduled to participate.

SCOUTING REPORT:

2017 High School Season: Dearing was a solid contributor to state runner up Hurricane as a freshman starter.  His skill set played well in the two hole as evidenced by his .319 batting average and .407 OBP.  Even more impressive was his minuscule four total strikeouts in 59 at bats.  His skill set, solid frame and athleticism make for an interesting follow in the Class of 2020.
