With the 2016 spring season right around the corner, PBR New England is eagerly anticipating bringing the New England states the best high school coverage throughout the region.
Starting in Late-January, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2017 new hampshire SPRING TEAM PREVIEW: souhegan
Team Name: Souhegan
Head Coach: William Dod
Division: 2
2016 Record: 18-2 State Champions
Conference Record: 18-2
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 6/2
2017 Team Strengths:

- Defensive Ability
2017 Team Weaknesses:
- Inexperienced Pitching Staff
Coach Outlook: "The Souhegan Sabers look forward to a deep batting order and a strong defensive team led by juniors shortstop Bryce Reagan first baseman Alex Burns to lead the Division II Champions."
PBR Outlook: Ton of potential on this roster, don't be surprised if they are in the state Championship again this year. Reagan is a legit player and they have ability on the mound, led by Batchelder. Should be fun team to watch.
