Recruiting News Around Missouri

In updated recruiting news around Missouri:
- Reece Eddins from Blue Springs South has committed to University of Nebraska. Eddins a is lanky 6-foot-5, 180-pound RHP with some upside and a long, loose arm. Eddins is currently ranked No. 33 in the Classof 2013.
- C Mitchell Haug from Harrisonville HS has committed to Pittsburgh State. Haug has impressive power at the plate, as well as fundamental mechanics and ability to command a game behind the plate.
- MIF/RHP Noble Hampton from Hazelwood Central HS has committed to Carl Sandburg College. The 6-foot-2, 180-pound Hampton was a All Conference Infielder in the Suburban North Conference.
- Dalton Christian, a OF/RHP from Smith-Cotton HS, has committed to Coffeyville Community College. Christian is an imposing 6-foot-4, 220-pounds and will be one of the senior leaders for Smith-Cotton in 2013.
- RHP/INF Bryce Wilson from Clever has committed to Evangel University. Wilson hit .330 last season as a junior and went 3-0 on the mound this fall, sitting in the upper 80s; something that should translate to a strong spring and top of the Clever rotation.
