Recap: Bo Jackson College Coaches Camp
A lot to like with ‘21 @LukePotter04 . Uber projectable frame with an athletic swing. Took one of the more electric rounds of BP we saw this morning. High follow with upside. High School: @hdvBaseball

Summer Team: @Colts_Elite pic.twitter.com/W1fvziAOrG
Future looks to be bright for @hdvBaseball and @Colts_Elite as they add another hitter to the top performers list. ‘21 @ColmanCamden sprayed it all over the field in BP. Swing really works. Moves are athletic/well timed with feel for contact. Very impressive round. pic.twitter.com/AXwcNaVAli

‘22 @gnard2022 proving why he’s a top 10 ranked guy in his class. The top overall BP performer has advanced hand speed that creates a loose/explosive swing without much effort. A name for college coaches to get to know.

JUCO prospect Christian Rivera looked the part in BP. Fluid swing w/an impressive combination of strength and speed to it. Showed the ability to drive the ball to both gaps w/natural backspin pic.twitter.com/wBBeiw3KoG
— PBR Ohio (@PBR_Ohio) October 27, 2018
Another JUCO prospect that stood out was Vicente Castro. Obvious physicality/explosiveness to swing. Showed some barrel accuracy issues but natural tools are advanced and BP was loud when he made flush contact. pic.twitter.com/QzEeLbF7Dm

‘19 Cameron Githens definitely has tools to work with at the plate. Fast bat with barrel authority through contact.

‘20 @Da_boy_Jimmy continues to impress with the bat. Very loose swing with impressive feel for the barrel. Line drive guy that should grow into a regular gap threat. Under the radar prospect that can really play.

Quick arm w/FB up to 82 mph. Spins two quality breaking balls and a playable change. Arm to follow once he hits impending velo jump. pic.twitter.com/yswo21CfoN

Polished delivery with a clean arm. Shows all the signs of velo to come with present pitchability. High follow in class. pic.twitter.com/u7QnC69KWS

Took the most complete BP of the day, backspinning balls all over the field. Movements are fluid/create energy and path gives him a large margin for error for finding the barrel. Ton of feel in the box w/run producer qualities. pic.twitter.com/aEAnYVCN8b

6-foot-4, Quality unsigned senior that has two-way potential. Here he is showing off his loft power to pull side. Middle of the lineup bat with starter potential on the bump. Have seen up to 84 mph. pic.twitter.com/ewJpZTgFbG
‘20 C/CIF @ricee_22
— PBR Ohio (@PBR_Ohio) October 27, 2018
Took one of the more solid BP rounds. Impressive combination of feel for barrel and strength. Has the look of a guy who can hit for a high average and occasional power. pic.twitter.com/a3jzL7CNGf
‘22 1B @MckayWhitaker1
— PBR Ohio (@PBR_Ohio) October 27, 2018
Swing draws similarities to Ohio State commit Caden Kaiser at the same age. Impressive feel with the ability to manipulate the barrel and use all fields. Isn’t there yet physically but Uber projectable frame to support added strength. High ceiling. pic.twitter.com/UP2BrucqPN
‘22 C @peytonweiss5
— PBR Ohio (@PBR_Ohio) October 27, 2018
Talented LHH catchers are rare but Weiss has potential to be one of them. Solid defender behind the dish with an efficient stroke at the plate. Will need to continue to develop physically but actions look the part on both sides of the ball. pic.twitter.com/LyM7sVJKAt
‘21 RHP/SS @josh_laisure
— PBR Ohio (@PBR_Ohio) October 27, 2018
Interesting follow. Athletic kid with two-way potential. Low to mid 80s arm with a line drive swing and +avg ball skills in the infield. pic.twitter.com/Ygd1azoCBm
Liked what I saw from @_gkelly13 . Smooth swinger with high level barrel accuracy. Out of 14 swings he found 13 barrels. If he can add some burst he’s got a chance to really hit. Line drive guy who uses both gaps. pic.twitter.com/CbRzqHy0Wk
— PBR Ohio (@PBR_Ohio) October 27, 2018
One of the bigger sleepers in ‘21 class is @Cam_Bryant11 . Impressive hit tool that shows up each time we see him. Undersized but has much more pop than frame would suggest. Stock will rise as he continues to develop physically. Hit tool is real. pic.twitter.com/HQBDPsNWtN

Liked it this fall at AIA for @CincyRoyals2022 and he put together another solid performance today. Good athlete that can really run, play multiple positions, and moves well in the box. pic.twitter.com/8V1cWvZnzG
‘20 3B @grantvanwinkle
— PBR Ohio (@PBR_Ohio) October 27, 2018
Continues to look more physical/athletic each time we see him. Loose swing with heavy hands through the zone. Body unlocks well allowing for barrel freedom through the zone. Gap pop guy with some loft power to pull side. pic.twitter.com/JFjeFkp7Hd
Stock ⬆️ on ‘19 @miketooker_
— PBR Ohio (@PBR_Ohio) October 27, 2018
Showed off the hit tool earlier and was even more impressive on the mound. 6-foot-4 athletic kid with a loose arm. Ran it up to 85 mph and has a ton left in the tank. Low risk-high reward prospect. pic.twitter.com/tWtBWm22nS
‘20 RHP @kevin_fee8
— PBR Ohio (@PBR_Ohio) October 27, 2018
Fee continues to build on a strong fall. The 6-foot-4 righty got up to 85 mph and showed a strong arsenal of secondary offerings. Tough at bat from both sides due to quality movement on all pitches.

One of our “picks to click” this season. Good athlete with feel for the zone. Up to 82 today with more to come. Strike thrower with a sharp breaking ball and legit change up. pic.twitter.com/3wb6A08uKc
‘20 OF Ryan Tackett
— PBR Ohio (@PBR_Ohio) October 28, 2018
Good athlete that offers both strength and speed. Type of bat that could play multiple roles. LHH that can run but also has real jump off the barrel. Talented prospect.
