Scouting Report
6-foot-3, 170 pound two way player runs in the 7.1-7.3 range. Ranked #54 in the Nebraska 2018 rankings. Tall lanky projectable frame. At the plate, square stance, short stride triggers slight arm bar into line drive swing plane. Pull side approach. Posted an exit velocity of 88 mph off a tee. Playable actions for first base.
On the mound, tops out in the low 80s with his fastball. Arm is long and loose, ball gets on a downhill plane from a mid ¾ arm slot. Simple repeatable mechanics. 70-71 mph breaking ball has 10/6 shape with good spin. Hard change up with slightly downward action in the zone.
