Mount Saint Joseph HS senior Clark Clatchey committed to Towson University in 2014. Clatchey has been named to the 2015 MSABC Preseason All-State Team. The sweet hitting OF was kind enough to take time out for PBR Maryland and let us all get to know him better.
Why did you choose Towson?
--Towson has a great school atmosphere and coaching
What other schools were you considering?
--South Carolina Aiken and Richmond
Now that your commitment is over, what are your goals for your senior year?
--Receive 1st team MIAA "A" conference again. Play in the Brooks Robinson All-Star game
What would you like to get accomplished before you step on campus at Towson?
--Win a MIAA "A" conference championship
Who did you play for over the summer and what was your most memorable experience?
--I play for the Rawlings A's Prospects. My greatest memory would have to be winning the BIC showcase 18u division when our roster was a 16u team
Who has been the most influential person over your baseball career and why?
--My dad Pat, because of his time commitment he put in for my baseball career and making me the player that I am today.
