Washington & Lee at No. 1 James Madison
The Warhawks look to remain undefeated in Conference 6 play as they take on a veteran Washington & Lee squad. Madison won the first matchup between these two teams, 8-1.
No. 2 Hanover at Highland Springs
The Hawks go on the road to take on the Springers in a non-conference matchup.
No. 3 Greenbrier Christian at Norfolk Collegiate
The Gators are coming off of a big win Monday night against No. 11 Western Branch as they take their fourteen game winning streak on the road.
Osbourn at No. 6 Battlefield
The Bobcats look to bounce back from Monday’s loss to Chantilly which saw them lose a 4-1 lead en route to a 14-5 defeat. Keagan McGinnis (Virginia Tech) will likely take the ball as Battlefield attempts to remain unbeaten in Cedar Run Conference play.
No. 7 Lafayette at Smithfield
The Rams go on the road for a Conference 17 matchup. Lafayette’s offense has been hot, scoring 23 runs over its last two games. The Packers enter the game on a three game winning streak, having allowed just one run in all three games.
No. 8 Glen Allen at Thomas Jefferson (Richmond)
The Jaguars play a non-conference game this evening. The Vikings are coming into the game off of a blowout win over George Wythe on Monday night. Glen Allen has not lost since facing Lee-Davis before spring break.
No. 14 St. John’s College at No. 9 Paul VI Catholic
Tonight’s game of the night features a matchup of two of the top three teams in the WCAC as well as a marquee matchup on the mound, with sophomore Jacob Steinberg (Miami) lined up for the Cadets and senior Kevin Kelly (James Madison) set to go for Paul VI.
No. 13 Hickory at Salem
The Hawks take their three-game winning streak on the road as they face the SunDevils this evening. Salem enters the game off of a win Saturday over Green Run and have won two of their last three.
St. Mary’s Ryken at No. 15 Bishop O’Connell
O’Connell looks to keep pace with Paul VI and St. John’s as they host WCAC foe St. Mary’s Ryken. The Knights won the first meeting between the two, 3-0, and have a trip to Paul VI looming on Thursday.
Cape Henry Collegiate at No. 16 Nansemond Suffolk
The Saints come into the game off of a big win Saturday, handing Atlantic Shores Christian its first loss of the spring with a walk off in the tenth inning. Nansemond Suffolk has won seven of its last eight games and the Saints offense had been on fire during that run.
Manassas Park at No. 17 Kettle Run
Kettle Run takes a break from Conference 22 play this evening as they host Manassas Park in the second battle of the Cougars this spring. Kettle Run won the first matchup earlier this month, 13-2.
No. 18 George C. Marshall at J.E.B. Stuart
The Statesmen are still undefeated in Capitol Conference 13 play with an 8-0 record so far as they go on the road this evening to take on Stuart. Marshall won the first meeting between the teams, 6-3.
No. 19 First Colonial at Frank W. Cox
The Patriots begin the first leg of a Coastal Conference home and home with Cox tonight, taking their perfect record on the road to play the Falcons before hosting them next week. Cox enters the game having dropped six of their last eight games.
No. 20 Prince George at Meadowbrook
The Royals take their undefeated record on the road for a Conference 12 matchup with the Monarchs.
No. 21 Briar Woods at Broad Run
The Falcons continue Conference 14 play as they travel to take on the Spartans. Briar Woods is off to a 2-0 start in conference play, with wins over Potomac Falls and Stone Bridge last week. Broad Run has a winning record for the season, but is off to an 0-2 start in conference.
