The Prep Baseball Report’s 2nd Annual Preseason All-State Invitational took place at Highlands Ranch High School on Sunday February 28th. 97 prospects completed a pro-style workout for the PBR Colorado's Scouting Staff, several of whom are new to the staff. Not often in Colorado State history has there been such a large collection of talented baseball players all on display at once. There were some impressive numbers that came out of the event on Sunday.
